Maj. Gen. Jeffrey W. Talley

Army Reserve Maj. Gen. Jeffrey W. Talley was confirmed by the Senate for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general and assignment as the chief of the Army Reserve and commanding general, U.S. Army Reserve Command. Talley was nominated by President Obama on March 20, 2012, and will replace Lt. Gen. Jack Stultz, who has held the position since May 25, 2006.
