Army and Navy work with Afghan contractors

The PRT stopped at the school to check the progress on the construction of the new school in Nowabad. The school represents a $219,000 investment and is approximately five percent complete. Once done, the school will hold 20 of 26 classes of more than 2,000 local area children.
