FORT SHAFTER, Hawaii - (March 21, 2012) The 18th Medical Command hosted an annual Women's History Month Observance at Fort Shafter March 21. Master of Ceremonies Capt. Mavlyn Basil (far right) introduced Soldiers wearing uniforms representing the role of women in the Army since World War II. Pictured here from left, Spc. Rosa Lee, human resource specialist, 311th Signal Command (Theater), represents the post-Vietnam era, Sgt. 1st Class Sophia Moxley, inspector general non-commissioned officer, 18th MEDCOM, wears a uniform from the Korean War, and Cpl.
