The capture of the first African-American female POW, Part 1

In April of 2003, former prisoner of war, Spc. Shoshana Johnson, 507th Maintenance Company, Fort Bliss, Texas, is prepared for the long flight home by an Air Force C-17A Globemaster III aircrew member. She along with six other former POWs (four from her unit) were flown from Ramstein Air Base, Germany, to the United States. The former POWs were captured during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
