Maj. Gen. Larry D. Wyche, Army Materiel Command G-3, tours operations at Camp Virginia, Kuwait, Dec. 7, where 541st Combat Sustainment Support Brigade, under the operational control of 402nd Army Field Support Brigade, spearheads RPAT and M-RPAT for units turning in gear after departing Iraq. Up to 2,000 Soldiers a day have turned in hundreds of trailer loads of equipment to the 402nd Army Field Support Brigade as part of Operation NEW DAWN.
