Construction continues on the tower and administrative offices at the Radar Cross Section Test Facility project site at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, Nov. 16, 2011. A small tower within the facility will house a vertically movable antenna system, which will blast aircraft with radar to test its stealth capabilities. The VMAS can be adjusted for various aircraft including the F-22 Raptor fighter aircraft. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District is overseeing construction of the $25.8 million project, scheduled for completion in February 2013.
