Thomas Gollhardt, Track Division chief with the Track, Metal and Recovery Department of the Ordnance School, briefs David Sienicki, professional staff member for the House Armed Services Committee, Readiness Subcommittee, and Brig. Gen. Clark W. LeMasters, Chief of Ordnance and ODS commandant, during a tour Oct. 20. The visit, which began with an overview briefing at Mifflin Hall, served as an opportunity to highlight the 21st century training and Army leader development priorities as well as new emerging capabilities and training methods. The tour also included visits to Base, Realignment and Closure created facilities and the Army Logistics University for a briefing on the Experiential Learning Model and how it relates to the Captain's Career Course there.
