Soldiers clear a road of debris left by Tropical Storm Irene in Caguas, Puerto Rico, Aug. 23, 2011. The soldiers are assigned to the Puerto Rico Army National Guard's 190th Engineer Battalion, 92nd Maneuver Enhancement Brigade. The storm has since been upgraded to hurricane status
