Cadet candidates fall in under the watchful eye of West Point Cadet Sgt. Reed Caradine July 18 at the U.S. Military Academy Preparatory School’s new West Point, N.Y., home. More than 75 academy cadets remain at West Point over the summer to assist with candidate training. Once the fall semester begins, cadet candidates will begin to fill leadership roles. Members of the Installation Contracting Office-West Point played a critical role in the school’s move from Fort Monmouth, N.J., to West Point over the past two years ensuring a successful start for the more than 240 cadet candidates this year eager to join the class of 2016.
