Dining facility boosts Soldier morale in Iraq

Maj. Richard Koyama, chaplain, 4th Infantry Division, goes through the chow line at the Division's "Oasis" dining facility Oct. 2. The facility feeds more than 30,000 Soldiers a month. It is supervised by Soldiers from the Special Troops Battalion, 4th Inf. Div., but also employs civilians working for Kellogg, Brown and Root and Gulf Catering Company.
