Army's oldest NCO Academy adjusts training to stimulate leadership

GRAFENWOEHR, Germany - Warrior Leader Course instructor, Staff Sgt. Under the auspice of the Joint Multinational Training Command, the 7th Army NCOA is the first and oldest NCOA in the U.S. Army, and works to build partnership capacity by incorporating relevant training to the contemporary operating environment. The JMTC is the only place in the U.S. Army that regularly trains with multinational partners.
