Westphal thrilled by U.S. Army Europe's multinational training

GRAFENWOEHR, Germany - Joseph W. Westphal, under secretary of the United States Army, listens to Maj. The CIED training is part of the Joint Multinational Training Command's CIED training strategy, developed in support of U.S. Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates directive to train Soldiers and multinational partners of the dangers of CEID before a deployment to Afghanistan.
