United States Army, Europe and Seventh Army (USAREUR) Chaplain (Colonel) Charles R. Bailey is welcomed by JMTC Commander BG Steven L. Salazar prior to speaking at the Senior Leaders Breakfast 15 April 2011 at the Tower Inn in Grafenwoehr, Germany. Col. "A Soldier's spiritual and mental strength benefit the nation, their fellow Soldiers, their family and most importantly the Soldier who carries it," said Bailey. The Joint Multinational Training Command (JMTC) is currently pioneering a new program in the Grafenwoehr Military Community called Soldier 360⁰ that brings a fresh approach and new techniques in support of Soldier Resiliency.
