Sgt. Stephen Freeman (left), a chaplain's assistant for the 35th Combat Support Sustainment Battalion, and Western Army Japan Ground Self Defense Force Warrant Officer Hisafumi Okawa unite efforts to uplift the spirits of children and the moral of service members at a local orphanage near Camp Kengun, Japan. The orphanage visit is part of a cultural exchange opportunity during Yama Sakura 59. YS59 is an annual bilateral training exercise between JGSDF and United States troops.
