Maj. Gen. David R. Hogg, Commander, U.S. Army Africa, reviews Ghanaian military forces during his arrival at Burma Camp in Accra, Ghana, Jan. 11. Hogg met with Ghanaian Lt. Gen. Peter Augustine Blay, chief of defense staff, and Ghanaian Maj. Gen. Joseph Narh Adinkrah, chief of army, during his two-day visit to the country. Discussions centered on the future of U.S. Army and Ghanaian Army partnership and joint training. This was Hogg's second visit to Ghana.
