The widow of the youngest infantryman on Omaha Beach during World War Two, Joan Argenzio, renders honors during wreath laying at the Tomb of the Unknowns with Maj. Gen. Karl Horst, commander of the Joint Force Headquarters National Capital Region and the U.S. Army Military District of Washington, Pete Humes, chairman of the board with the Fredericksburg Virginia's Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Council, and Susan Spears, president of the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce.
