U.S. Army South Participates in Multinational Exercise Focusing on Panama Canal Defense

Sgt. 1st Class Javier Rosa, U.S. Army South operations sergeant, conducts a shift change briefing that includes seven Partner Nation soldiers during Panamax in Panama City, Panama Aug. 26.
