During his first visit to the site of the new U.S. Army Forces Command and U.S. Army Reserve Command Combined Headquarters Construction Project, August 30, 2010, at Fort Bragg, N.C., Tad Davis, USARC's chief executive officer emphasizes the importance of properly managing the 631,000 sq. ft. facility to take advantage of the environmentally-friendly and energy-saving features built in to the structure. "We have to manage the building the way it's designed and constructed," said Davis. "At the end of the day, it all factors into saving energy and protecting the environment."
