New Army Congressional Fellowship Program members visit JFHQ-NCR/MDW

Mr. Egon Hawrylak, Joint Force Headquarters and The U.S. Army Military District of Washington, deputy commander, greets new Army Congressional Fellowship Program members as they arrive Aug. 13 for a familiarization visit. The purpose of the Army Congressional Fellowship Program is to educate and train selected Army officers and civilians in all aspects of congressional activities. The Army Congressional Fellowship program is three and a half years long and includes pursuit of a Master's Degree in Legislative Affairs.
