Outgoing U.S. Army Pacific Chief of Staff is honored at Flying V Ceremony

Lt. Gen. Benjamin R. Mixon, USARPAC commanding general (left) said that outgoing USARPAC Chief of Staff, Col. Arthur T. Ball (center) has performed magnificently. During a Flying V ceremony on Palm Circle at Fort Shafter, Hawaii, Mixon said that Col. Ball's "work ethic is renowned throughout the staff." Col. Ball will assume duties as the Pacific Command's Deputy Chief of Staff. Col. Ball will be replaced at USARPAC by Col. Lewis F. Setliff, III (right), the former Chief of Staff for 8th Army in Korea.
