CANONSBURG, Pa. -- A clown walked alongside the Army Reserve during the Fourth of July parade here Saturday, July 3. The parade, which was celebrating its 48th year, is one of the largest in the state. More than 50,000 people attended the event despite the rising temperatures. The 301st Regional Support Group, in Butler, Pa., sent three Soldiers to participate in the event. Col. Lewis Irwin, commander of the 301st RSG, was a guest speaker during the parade which was themed, "Honoring those who have served."
