206th Military Police Company Returns Home from Iraq

LATHAM,NY--New York Army National Guard Chief of Staff Col. James Lettko, greets returning members of the 206th Military Police Company Friday, June 16, as the main body gets off the bus at New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs Headquarters here. Brig. Gen. Patrick Murphy, the Adjutant General of New York (in background), Lettko, and Brig. Gen. Michael Swezey, the commander of the 53rd Troop Command, greeted the MPs as they returned to their families after 10 months in Iraq. More than 160 Soldiers deployed with the company and reunions also occured in the Hudson Valley, Utica, Auburn, Rochester and Buffalo.
