FORT BRAGG, N.C. - Sgt. First Class Scott J. Holzerland, a cadre member with the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) watches a competitor as he descends from an obstacle. A total of 14 Soldiers and Noncommissioned Officers from across the nation will compete to become the command's Best Warrior in either the Soldier, or NCO category. USACAPOC(A) is five percent of the U.S. Army Reserve Command's force and is responsible for approximately 20 percent of the Army Reserve deployments. The command is comprised of nearly 10,000 Soldiers in 67 units across 27 states and Puerto Rico.
