The U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations (Airborne)'s annual Best Warrior Competition host 14 Soldiers and Noncommissioned Officers from across the nation to compete for this year's Best Warrior of the Year Soldier and NCO category. USACAPOC (A) is roughly five percent of the U.S. Army Reserve Command's force and is responsible for around 20 percent of the Arm Reserve deployments. The command is comprised of nearly 12,000 Soldiers in 67 units across 31 states and Puerto Rico.
