Spc. Caquent Weems, a Soldier with The U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations (Airborne)'s 1st Training Brigade fires her M16A2 at 50 meter targets on Range 43 here on June 15, prior to qualifying for the command's annual Best Warrior Competition. Weems is competing against 13 other Soldiers and Noncommissioned Officers from across the nation to take home this year's Best Warrior of the Year Soldier category. USACAPOC (A) is roughly five percent of the U.S. Army Reserve Command's force and is responsible for around 20 percent of the Arm Reserve deployments. The command is comprised of nearly 12,000 Soldiers in 67 units across 31 states and Puerto Rico.
