FORT BRAGG, N.C. - Sgt. Joshua Jenkins from the 351st Civil Affairs Command fires at paper targets at Range 43 during a reflexive fire exercise for the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations (Airborne)'s annual Best Warrior Competition held here on Jun 15. Jenkins is competing against 13 other Soldiers and Noncommissioned Officers from across the nation to take home this year's Best Warrior of the Year NCO category. USACAPOC (A) is roughly five percent of the U.S. Army Reserve Command's force and is responsible for around 20 percent of the Arm Reserve deployments. The command is comprised of nearly 12,000 Soldiers in 67 units across 31 states and Puerto Rico.
