Guard officers run 550 miles for resiliency

From left, Army Col. Jack Mosher and Maj. Jay Brock from the Maine National Guard, Jill Sheppard, former Miss Utah, and Army Sgt. Maj. Victor Angry from the National Guard Bureau run at the World War II Memorial and around other Washington memorials May 28 in the early morning portion of the "Resiliency Run." Mosher and Brock started their ultra-run in Kittery, Maine, May 8 to inspire resiliency and wellness in the nation's servicemembers, veterans and their families. They ended the 21-day journey here in a final marathon-length course leading into Arlington National Cemetery.
