PACOM Soldier gives back to Hawaii as a foster parent

HONOLULU - Sgt. Gregory Bowling, left, stands with six other service members after receiving an award for his contributions to the Hawaii community. Bowling, a foster parent with Child Welfare Services for the last nine months, is currently taking care of two school-age siblings. With his wife Regina in attendance, Bowling was formally recognized by Oahu business and military leaders during the 25th Annual Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii Military Recognition Luncheon.
