The President of the Republic of Rwanda, Paul Kagame, addresses the Class of 2013 at the Plebe-Parent Banquet March 13 inside Washingtion Hall at West Point, N.Y. Kagame served as the guest speaker during the banquet for the class and their parents. The president spoke highly of the education process during his remarks and that "West Point continues to prepare leaders who area capable of facing both contemporary and future challenges for their country."
