New York Army and Air Guard Work Together in Western New York

NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, NY--Soldiers from the New York Army National Guard's 2nd Squadron 101st Cavalry board a C-130 operated by the NewYork Air National Guard's 107th Airlift Wing on Thursday, Feb. 18 on their way to Fort Pickett, VA for a long weekend training mission. The wing, which operates C-130s in partnership with the United States Air Force Reserve, flew the 350 members of the squadron to Virginia for their weekend drill, Feb. 18-22. NewYork Army and Air Guard units continually seek opportunities to train together.
