Watervliet Arsenal Operations Directorate's Bryan Myers, left, and Bill Dingmon stand beside a new state-of-the-art precision engineering machine with a swivel head that may do horizontal and vertical machining on a fixed long-bed table. The Arsenal recently purchased two of these machines and both should be operational within the next 45 days.
