FORT CARSON, Colo. - Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter, Jr. signs a proclamation in support of a nonprofit organization at the site of a future Fort Carson Family Assistance Center Dec. 16. The program aids servicemembers in finding construction jobs after they transition from military service to a civilian.
