The strength of our nation is our Army; the strength of our Army is our Soldiers; the strength of our Soldiers is our families.
The Month of the Military Child commemorated in April, Military Spouse Day celebrated on the Friday before Mother's Day in May, Gold Star Mothers Day celebrated on the last Sunday of September, and Military Family Appreciation Month commemorated in November are all reminders of the sacrifices made by Soldiers and their families every day.
Army families are one of the pillars of Army Strong.
