FORT A.P. HILL, Va. -- The commander of U.S. Army Garrison Fort A.P. Hill Lt. Col. Peter E. Dargle and the director of Family and Morale Welfare and Recreation, Kris D'Alessandro reaffirmed the garrison's commitment to quality customer service and facilities when they signed the F&MWR Employee and Customer Covenant at Roemnick Hall here on Friday March 30.

"The covenant pledges great customer service and consistency of product," D'Alessandro said. "It reaffirms out pledge to our customers and employees to provide the best service and facilities possible."
