"Dial the Deputy," a live, call-in with Chaplain (Brigadier General) Ray Bailey, U.S. Army Deputy Chief of Chaplains, took place on February 22. The telephonic call-in from his Pentagon office gave Chaplain Bailey the opportunity to address concerns and answer questions posed by chaplains in the rank of major from across the Army Chaplain Corps.
