Mr. Christopher M. Dilorenzo filled a key analyst position in the Office of the Product Manager Demilitarization (PM DEMIL) on a temporary developmental assignment to lead the preparation and submittal of the FY15-19 Program Objective Memorandum (POM) for PM DEMIL.
As a result of his selfless, outstanding professional performance, the Deputy Program Executive Officer Ammunition approved the PM DEMIL POM command requirements allowing the Army Deputy Chief of Staff G-4 Munitions Division to easily brief the budget requirements of the Conventional Munitions Management Decision Evaluation Package to the Sustaining Program Execution Group.
His diligent, exacting efforts identified $1.67 billion in critical funding requirements and program issues significant to reducing the projected growing demil stockpile, decreasing Army liability, and improving safety and demil operations.
