Chaplain receives George C. Marshall Award at CGSC
Army Chaplain (Maj.) Douglas H. Ball (far right) is congratulated by CAC Commanding General and Commandant of the Command and General Staff College, Lt. Gen. David G. Perkins for receiving the coveted George C. Marshall Award for CGSC Class 2012-02. The award is presented to the distinguished graduate in each regular ILE class. Ball is also congratulated by CAC Command Sergeant Major, CSM Christopher Greca and the ceremonies Guest Speaker, Gen. David M. Rodriguez, who is the commander of U.S. Army Forces Command and the next Commander of U.S. Africa Command.
