Soldiers, civilians, families and Fort Belvoir Elementary School students are welcomed to U.S. Intelligence and Security Command headquarters at Fort Belvoir, Va., Dec. 4, for a holiday event highlighted by a special appearance from Santa Claus. The annual event gathers INSCOM personnel to share the holiday spirit by decorating the command tree with unique ornaments and special perfomances.
