Lt. Gen. Patricia Horoho, The Surgeon General and Commanding General U.S. Army Medical Command, meets with Israel's Surgeon General, Brig. Gen. Yitshak Kreiss, Israel Defense Force. Lt. Gen. Horoho and Brig. Gen. Kreiss discussed long term goals and cooperation of sharing clinical practice guidelines and training. LTG Horoho discussed the "Army Medicine 2020" strategy of creating capacity, increasing stamina, and enhancing diplomacy. She said, "We have tremendous capabilities and opportunities to share."
