CCG training
Pfc. Devian Crane, Honor Guard Company, 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard), tries out for the Continental Color Guard at Joint Base Myer " Henderson Hall Oct. 8. Candidates go through a grueling training regimen in order to be considered for a position in the CCG. One test all candidates must pass is a three hour long standing proficiency test, in which they must stand at attention, perfectly still, for three hours in a room heated up to 90 degrees.
