ARUSHA, Tanzania - Spc. Juliette Sondano, 110th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, Missouri Army National Guard, of Kansas City Mo., reunites with her sister Vincy, who currently lives in Kenya.
Sondano is currently working as the interpreter during Eastern Accord 2012 and is working to build strong relationships with our African counter-parts. Sondano has not seen her sister since 2008 and the reunion was a happy one.
"I was happy to see her and will enjoy spending time with her. Vincy is in school in Narobi and must return soon, but I will enjoy every minute with her, because I am not sure when we will get to see each other again," said Sondano.
Sondano works at St. Lukes Northland Hospital, Kansas City, Mo., as a patient technician and is a supply sergeant for the 110th MEB.
Sondano is enjoying her time in Tanzania and is learning as much as she can while she is here and is thrilled to have her sister by her side.
