HEIDELBERG, Germany (sept. 7, 2012) -- U.S. Army Europe's official website is now mobile-device friendly, no matter which handset users favor.

Mobile users can access the site by the same web address as always -- www.eur.army.mil. Visitors will be automatically sorted depending on browser size, and mobile browsers will be seamlessly switched to www.eur.army.mil/mobile.

The mobile site, like the traditional website, is focused on explaining why the U.S. Army is in Europe to members of the American public, European citizens, and the larger world-wide audience.

Visitors to the site can learn about the U.S. Army in Europe's mission on the continent, and stay up-to-date with the latest news from the command, including social media content.

Users can call or e-mail points of contact at each unit with just a touch of a button, learn more about multinational training, or see the latest action photos of multinational training around Europe.

The site also features USAREUR leadership, units and locations of Army posts around Europe - all in a mobile-friendly format.
