FORT GEORGE G. MEADE, Md. (Aug. 25, 2012) -- Planners for the Summer Concert Series announced this afternoon changes to the final concert scheduled for tonight due to forecasted inclement weather.
The Volunteers will perform a variety of selections at McGill Training Center, 8452 Zimborski Ave., at 7 p.m.
The reception for previously invited guests will be held at 5 p.m. at McGill.
The original plan for the finale was a combined concert with all four performing components of the Army Field Band and the "1812 Overture" at Constitution Park.
The gate at Llewellyn Avenue and Maryland Route 175 will open at 4:30 p.m. A valid driver's license or state or federal ID must be presented at the gate. All vehicles are subject to inspection.
