CAMP SABALU-HARRISON, Afghanistan -- Jennifer M. Stewart, National Security Advisor to the Speaker of the House, toured the Detention Facility in Parwan August 16, 2012, as to gain an understanding of the strategic-level mission performed at the DFIP. The tour was guided by U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Keith M. Huber, commander, Combined Joint Interagency Task Force 435, and U.S. Army Col. Robert M. Taradash, commander, Task Force Protector. CJIATF 435 oversees all detainee operations in Afghanistan. Task Force Protector personnel oversee the secure, humane care, custody and control of the detainees within the facility.
