Arizona's First Net-Zero School Dedicated on Fort Huachuca

Col. Smith Middle School on Fort Huachuca, Arizona's first net-zero school, was officially dedicated and opened Aug. 3. School starts Monday morning in this state-of-the-art educational facility. The complete story will follow in the Fort Huachuca Scout.
