Rants assumed command of the 407th AFSB during the ceremony, replacing Lt. Col. Andrew D. Centineo, right. Rants' most recent assignment was with the U.S. Southern Command in Miami. Centineo's next assignment is in the logistics section of the Office of the Army Surgeon General in Falls Church, Va.
