Specialist Edgar Armenta and Pfc. Gregory Gowers, with Battery A, 1st Battalion, 76th Field Artillery Regiment, 4th Infanty Brigade Combat Team, fire an artillery round during the Third Infantry Division's Salute to the Nation ceremony, July 3, on Fort Stewart's Cottrell Field. Fifty rounds were fired from the cannons to honor each of the nation's states the day prior to Independence Day.
