FORT LEE, Va. -- The Defense Commissary Agency values your feedback! Whenever you have questions about your commissary and its products, services or employees, we encourage you to request assistance from your store's customer service office.

If your customer service representative is unable to answer your question or help with a problem, please ask to speak with the store director or manager on duty so that your concerns may be addressed right away.

Don't worry if you're unable to speak with your store director during your visit to the commissary; store contact information is posted on our official website, www.commissaries.com, and store management will be happy to assist you by phone or email.

If you have already spoken with your store's customer service representative and your store director but feel your question has not been answered to your satisfaction, or if you have a question about a non-local issue, such as DeCA's policies and procedures, you can contact our headquarters through our customer comment form or check our website's "Frequently Asked Questions" page to see if the answer to your question has already been posted.

Our store contact information, customer comment form and FAQs are available through our "Contact Us" page on DeCA's website at www.commissaries.com/contactdeca.cfm.

Also, make sure to subscribe to our customer e-newsletter, Commissary Connection, at

www.commissaries.com/subscribe.cfm to learn of the very latest in commissary news, answers to your commissary questions and opportunities to save even more on your purchases.
