The inaugural "Here's to our Heroes" Military River Parade celebrated National Armed Forces Day along the San Antonio River Walk. Grand Marshal Lt. Gen. William Caldwell IV, commanding general, U.S. Army North, and senior commander, Fort Sam Houston and Camp Bullis, kicked off the parade in the first of 25 floats, the Army float.
