FORT RUCKER Ala.--Competitors showed off their marksmanship abilities as day three of the 412th Theater Engineer Command's 2012 Best Warrior Competition started off with a bang at Fort Rucker Ala., April 26.

After zeroing their M4 Rifles, the Soldiers qualified with the weapons by shooting at 40 timed targets with the allotted 40 rounds of ammunition, then they took on a timed reflexive fire qualification course, that tested their abilities to hit stationary targets from multiple positions that i included the hood of a Humvee.

Day three ended with a nighttime M4 Rifle qualification.

The contest continues to be a tight race as the warriors charge into the final stages.
